Isabella Fowden makes every effort to display products as accurately as possible, including the colours and images that appear in the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Suspicious orders

This website uses fraud detection supplied by Wix Payments. If your legitimate payment is not accepted due to a failed fraud check, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the payment issue.

Delivery

When making an online purchase on this website the following shipping and delivery fees apply:

Standard shipping in Australia is free of charge
International shipping will be charged and can vary on the destination. This will be calculated at the time you checkout

Delivery and shipping fees are subject to change by us from time to time, and will be communicated to you clearly on the website and in these Terms and Conditions.

While we do our best to deliver orders within estimated timelines, times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We use Australia Post to deliver your order, for more information on how your order will be delivered and advice you can find help on the Australia Post website.

Loss or damage to products

Responsibility of any damage, loss and breakage to any product passes to the buyer upon delivery, therefore a refund will not be offered for a product, or products damaged after receipt of delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges. We can only offer you a refund if the product is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

As a consumer, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees in respect of goods purchased from us. These guarantees are called "Consumer Guarantees". If you believe a product purchased from this site is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or a sample, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
